Envision RP Transaction TOS
All purchases made are non-refundable.

You are required to purchase the asset you wish to bring in, unless we already have it.
Every purchase is non-refundable. Please make sure when making a purchase you are sure you want to purchase the item and you have checked with staff about the item you would like if needed.
Tebex purchases will always come with a transaction ID that will be displayed on screen after your purchase. Alternatively you can find it with your emails.
You will need to provide this as the ticket within the Discord.
All Special cars are tuned by the staff at Envision Roleplay, if you think one has been tuned wrong or the car tuning has changed you may open a ticket. Please note it will not guarantee that it will be re-tuned.
In addition to this Special Imports may be re-tuned at any time if the management team at Envision see it needs to be changed.
In addition to this, During a economy wipe or a new version special vehicles will not transfer over.
All Vehicles, Vehicle Chips, Etc may be re-tuned or changed at any time.
We do not allow any Special effects, boosts, "100k or die" effects, etc to Vehicles.
Any 1 of 1 and/or gang car purchase has a time limit of 1 week on getting buffed.
This means if you are unhappy with your car's tuning you have one week to open a ticket within the Discord and notify staff.
Any request for a re-tune after the 1 week period will be declined.
Businesses bought are to be utilized within the server. If a business is not functioning and there are no workers active the business may be closed down and removed from the server.
To prevent this from happening, make sure to check in with the staff team by opening a donation ticket and letting us know why.
Preset Businesses bought are to be utilized within the server. If a business is not functioning and there are no workers active the business may be closed down and removed from the server.
On top of this, Preset businesses come how they are. Major modifications do not happen to these businesses. Bug fixes will happen to these businesses.
When buying a (MLO) within the city it is yours to keep, however the staff team may make announcements throughout the year to do check-ins with players to make sure they are flying into the city.
When these announcements go out in the Discord you will be required to open a ticket and let us know that you are still flying in.
If a MLO you have provided is causing issues within the city it will be removed and you will be required to choose another one.
When a Gang MLO or Gang Pack, or any Gang related item is purchased, once the item you want has been set up & imported it will not be able to be swapped again unless you have a valid reason for wanting to change. There is also a 2 week change period on the swap.
When buying a subscription you are donating to the city each month. If you wish to cancel your subscription then you will have to go into the email used with the subscription & find the email sent after purchase.
When you purchase a Subscription during a store sale, The first month is of the discounted price BUT after that it goes back to full price.
When cancelling a subscription you loose all benefits within the discord & game assosiated with monthly subscriptions BUT not items gained from them. Such as the "VIP Parking" addition to Diamond subscriptions & Diamond giveaways! Items like item credits will stay with you.
Please note all staff within the management team (server directors & server managers) reserve the right to decline any payment.
Please note all items purchased for a Gang, Group or Organisation are "donated" to the gang. If a member that purchased a item leaves the gang, the gang keep the item. Gang items can be removed IF the Leader/Boss of the Gang, Group or Organisation agrees to it.
Please note all products are not able to be resold for out of city money.
Please note products such as businesses, mlos, 1of1s must be approved by management to be sold for in-city money.
If a player is leaving the city, There businesses or items will be re-listed on our tebex.
Furthermore, If a Business Owner leaves the city for a long period of time with no intentions of returning the business will either be removed from the city, or given to another member of the business's staff team. This will not be returned.
If a player who owns a business is banned from thecity permanently their items will be posted on our tebex immediately for resale. If the player is to be removed from the paermanent ban they willnot recieve this back.
Furthermore, all management reserves the right to remove or change your donation item from the server at any given time. This includes removing, swapping, trading packages etc.
Whether this be a car, business or item etc.
Management also reserve the right to change any package on the store at any given moment
Also, You must provide images of the assets for approval before purchase.
By donating to Envision you are agreeing to our Transaction TOS.
During a economy wipe or a new version, IF your item/asset is NOT going to transfer (set for that version) store credit will be offered - This store credit limit is set to $250.
If a user goes in-active / leaves the city for longer than 30 days, there custom items such as MLOs, Businesses, Vehicles, etc will all be reposesed and removed from the server.
On this note, If ANY items are transfered from the Original Owner to another owner they loose the right to trade the item for another.
